📽 Pre-Cleanse 

Before the official cleanse begins, you’ll be guided through a series of opening videos to prepare your body, mind, and soul. You’ll begin a gentle pre-cleanse diet, gather your tools — like a colander, enema kit, and essential oils — and ground yourself in simple rituals and reflections that help you attune to what’s truly being released.

🌀 The 3-Day Cleanse

Each of the three days follows a rhythm: Morning, Midday, and Evening. You’ll be guided to use enemas (cleansing flushes) to release parasites, toxins, and trapped emotion. Through cinematic teachings, you’ll receive both practical guidance and sacred storytelling. You’ll also be invited into emotional reflection and spiritual inquiry using the SAD–GRIEF–DIE method.

And yes — there will be a colander moment. A moment of truth, when what’s been living inside you is revealed.

🌕 Post-Cleanse

Once the three days are complete, you’ll move into gentle rebuilding and integration. You’ll receive a closing ritual video, support around nourishment, and optional next steps if you wish to continue deeper. This is about stabilizing the new awareness, landing in your body, and beginning to live from a new rhythm.
